And so ends an awesome weekend here, without a moment in a car. That’s right, we took the long weekend and went nowhere. And it was good.
Yes, I ate a pile of home grown peas.
Yes, I ate a pile of homemade strawberry + nutella crepes.
And yes, we swam.
There’s no heater yet, and we’ve had highs in the 60′s, but that’s not stopping these crazy people from jumping in…
Last year was an exception… our trip to Italy meant we spent no part of the summer in Wisconsin… and while the trip was awesome, so is Wisconsin in the summer.
This year, we’re making the most of it. Summer in Wisconsin translates directly into stupid jumps into Nana and Papa’s pool. And if we’re doing it, we’re definitely trying to capture it.
