		<description>Trust me, I know what you&#039;re talking about with syrup.  Jenn&#039;s been trying a bunch of different recipes/techniques, and the result is a stack of jars in the pantry.  (I should have taken a picture of &lt;em&gt;that&lt;/em&gt;.)

The consistency varies a fair amount.  Truth be told, I prefer the syrupy stuff to the stiff stuff... When I get a liquidy jar, I actually &lt;em&gt;pour&lt;/em&gt; it on my morning toast.</description>

		<description>Man, this takes me back. Only for us it was blackberries. (Lots and lots and lots of blackberries.) My mom drove off the road and grabbed buckets from the trunk at the mere hit of a bush on the side of the road. And one summer, we had a lot of blackberry ... syrup. Which was yummy. But we got better and eventually did have jelly. (Gorgeous pictures!)</description>
